Terms of Service

Welcome to Distribute (“Distribute”, “we”, “us”). Distribute operates a marketplace at distribute.us where creators clip and repost brand campaigns and earn Bitcoin based on verified performance. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide accurate account information and a valid email address, and keep them current.
  • You may not use Distribute if you are on any applicable sanctions or denied-persons list.

2. Accounts & security

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must verify your email address before earning, requesting payouts, or accessing certain features.
  • Do not share accounts, create duplicate accounts to game campaigns, or misrepresent who you are.

3. Creator content & submissions

  • You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content to a campaign you grant Distribute and the participating brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reference, and analyze that content and its public metrics for the purpose of operating the campaign, reporting performance, and promoting the platform.
  • You represent that your submissions are original, do not infringe third-party rights, and comply with each platform’s own terms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Content that violates a campaign’s brief, forbidden-content rules, or applicable laws may be rejected without payout.

4. Payouts (Bitcoin)

  • Approved earnings are paid in Bitcoin (BTC) to the on-chain address you provide in your wallet settings. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that address; sends to an incorrect address are irrecoverable.
  • The minimum payout is $50 USD equivalent. Distribute may batch, delay, or hold payouts pending fraud review.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, and regulatory obligations that apply to your earnings.

5. Referrals

  • Approved referrals earn commission on the referred creator’s approved submissions for 30 days from approval, at the rate shown in your referrals dashboard.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any attempt to inflate referral earnings will forfeit commissions and may result in account termination.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Fake, purchased, or bot-driven views, likes, or engagement.
  • Reuploading another creator’s work without authorization, or submitting the same video across accounts.
  • Harassment of staff or other users, hate speech, or content that sexualizes minors.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, RLS, or rate limits; scraping the platform in ways that harm service quality.

7. Enforcement

We may reject submissions, withhold earnings, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that a violation of these Terms or of applicable law has occurred. Where feasible, we’ll tell you why.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee earnings, campaign availability, uptime, or the performance of external platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distribute’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid to you through Distribute in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Distribute, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
